Your money will refund, if you submit request refund from Submit Ticket. With this following steps:

1. Open kokikan.tawk.help 

2. Click ' Submit Ticket '  at Top Right Corner 

3. Fill Name, Email, enter Request Refund,

4. Massage with this format :

" Refund (Name Menu) - (Amount portion) Portion - (Total Payment)

Neighborhood : ( My Neighborhood )

Cook Name : ( Cook Name )

Order Time : ( Time, DD-MM-YYYY )

Problem : Cook Cancel My Order / Cook Not Deliver My Food

5. Attach File your Screenshot as proof that your Orders was Cancelled or not Delivered and your Invoice Payment
